LOCAL SHIPPING PROCEDURE- BESPOKE ITEMS
We use Royal Mail and DPD as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for orders within United Kingdom. All shipments should have an Royal Mail and DPD tracking number. For bespoke items please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive depending on the complexity of your order. We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for all shipping as amended from time to time.
LOCAL SHIPPING PROCEDURE- NON-BESPOKE ITEMS
We use Royal Mail and DPD as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for orders within United Kingdom. All shipments should have an Royal Mail and DPD tracking number. For standard shipping of non-bespoke items please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. For express shipping of bespoke items please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive. We offer free delivery for all local standard shipping and £10.00 for all local express shipping as amended from time to time.

TERMS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and great fit. We are happy to provide you with a refund, exchange or online credit note when:
The item is not monogrammed
A Return Authorisation number (RA) is requested within 14 days of receiving your order. This can be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Items are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached).
No refunds will be offered on items discounted at 30% or more, however, we will happily exchange or process an online credit note within 14 days only. In the event that your return does not meet any of the above terms, AV WEARS reserves the right to not approve your return request
SHIPPING YOUR RETURNS
We provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery on all items with the exception of our bespoke range (please refer to our ‘Returns’ section) at our sole discretion. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are defective. We recommend that you use a postal service with tracking as we are not liable for missing or damaged goods. The goods remain the customers property until received at AV WEARS Office. Should you wish to exchange your item we will assume the costs for delivering the new items but not for the return of items you wish to exchange. Please contact for a returns number before shipping.
