After agreeing on the day, time, teaching venue and receiving full payment, I will prepare the choreography for your practice based on your yoga level. At the beginning of the class, we will warm up, take time to get to know the technique of sensual breaths. After that, we will get full on with the choreography.

I teach mostly at my client's home. However, if you don't have place at home for yoga practice then contact me first so I can organise a studio for our session.
